Rethinking Payment Plan Display

Payment plans are one of the most critical elements in off-plan sales. In Reelly 2.5, we redesigned how payment structures are displayed to eliminate ambiguity and improve decision-making clarity.

The New Display Format (XX/YY Format)

Payment plans are now shown as:XX% / YY%Where:

  • XX% — payments made before handover
  • YY% — payments made after handover (post-handover)

This format ensures immediate visual clarity between construction-stage commitments and deferred payments.

When a Post-Handover Payment Exists

If the plan includes a post-handover component:

  • YY% includes only post-handover payments
  • XX% includes: Down payment, During construction payments

Why this matters

On-handover payments are no longer perceived as deferred payments.

Agents can instantly identify how much of the investment is truly postponed beyond property delivery.

Example:

  • Down payment - 10%
  • During construction - 40%
  • On handover - 10%
  • Post handover - 40%

Displayed as: 60% / 40%

When There Is No Post-Handover Payment

If the project does not include post-handover:

YY% displays only the on-handover payment

XX% includes:

  • Down payment
  • During construction payments

When There Is No Post-Handover Payment

If the project does not include post-handover:

YY% displays only the on-handover payment

XX% includes:

  • Down payment
  • During construction payments

Why this matters

The structure remains logical and consistent.

Agents clearly see when the final payment occurs — at handover.

Example:

  • Down payment -20%
  • During construction- 60%
  • On handover - 20%

Displayed as: 80% / 20%

Special Case: 100% on Booking

If a project includes a single payment plan with:

  • 100% on booking
  • No alternative plans available

It is displayed simply as:

  • 100%
  • The XX% / YY% structure is not used.

If at least one alternative payment plan exists in the project, the 100% booking plan is not displayed.

Where the Updated Logic Applies

The new display logic is consistently implemented across:

  • Project cards in listings
  • Payment plan summary on the Project Detail Page (PDP)
  • Payment plan blocks on PDP
  • All payment plan sections within the project page

This ensures unified logic across the entire product experience.

Generate Sales Offer:

Personal Project Proposal in OneClick

Reelly 2.5 introduces a more powerful way to generate personalized project proposals.

On every project page, you can now create a customized Sales Offer PDF — ready to send to your client or save for internal use.

The “Generate Sales Offer” Button

This feature allows you to instantly generate a personalized offer based on your settings.

What you receive:

  • A structured PDF file with project details

Personalized content (units, pricing, selected parameters)

  • A ready-to-send professional document

No manual editing. No external tools.

Contextual Banner

Above the button, you may see:

“Your customised personal offer. Try it!”

This reinforces:

  • The offer will be tailored to you
  • You can generate it immediately
  • One click is enough

Clicking the banner performs the same action as the main button.

Share Functionality

Next to the button, you’ll find the Share option:

  • On desktop — icon + “Share” label
  • On mobile — icon only

It allows instant project or offer sharing with clients or colleagues.

Subtle Promo Pop-up

After scrolling through the project page, a small promo pop-up may appear.
Its purpose:

  • Remind you about Sales Offer generation
  • Show a preview of the PDF
  • Enable immediate generation

It:

  • Appears after interaction
  • Dims the background for focus
  • Can be closed easily
  • Does not interrupt active Sales Offer usage

The goal is assistance — not distraction.

Presentation Display Settings:

Flexible PDF Control

Previously, PDF presentations followed a fixed structure.

Now, Reelly 2.5 introduces Display Settings — giving agents control over presentation composition.

The Problem

Before this update:

  • PDFs were always generated with a full slide set
  • You could not: Remove the cover, Hide the project description, Hide availability or payment plans, Create a teaser-style PDF

This limited adaptability for different client scenarios.

The Solution

A new Display Settings block introduces toggles that allow you to:

  • Turn entire logical sections on or off
  • Hide informational blocks without breaking structure

Key principles:

  • You manage visibility — not content editing
  • Toggles operate on logical sections, not slides
  • The system guarantees a valid, clean PDF
  • Layout automatically adapts to changes

No broken slides. No empty pages.

Available Display Toggles

  • Display cover slide — removes the hero/agent profile slide
  • Display project description — removes all description slides
  • Display unit availability — hides availability table without deleting the slide
  • Display project master plan — removes the Master Plan section
  • Display payment plans — removes all payment plan slides

This enables both short previews and full investor-ready presentations.

Contact Project Manager via WhatsApp

Reelly 2.5 simplifies communication between agents and developers. You can now message a project’s sales manager directly through WhatsApp in one click.

How It Works
  1. Open the Project Detail Page (PDP)
  2. Navigate to the developer manager contacts block
  3. Click the WhatsApp button

What Happens Next

  1. An official Reelly WhatsApp chat opens
  2. The message is automatically pre-filled with:
  • Project name
  • Sales manager name
  • Developer name
  • Direct project link

You don’t need to type anything manually — just send the message.

Important Note
Do not edit the message text.

The standardized structure ensures fast routing to the correct developer representative.

After sending the request, you receive the direct contact details of the developer manager.
